On January 10, 2011, Jeff boldly sent out a challenge during the daily post.  Who can lose 14 lbs first?  Kent accepted the challenge the very next day.

Rules of The Challenge

  1. The Challenge will begin on January 12, 2011.
  2. The first to lose 14 pounds using a reasonable method will be declared the winner.
  3. No Cheating!

    So you are using “The Tortoise and the Hare” technique, eh Kent. It is the technique I tell people I am using, when I get way behind in some kind of competition or game. It works for me!!
