As of this morning (1 month since the challenge) I am down 11 lbs! This is a piece of cake (fat-free cake)!
I admit that Jeff is winning right now. My strategy is to give him a head start and then come from behind for the win.
So you are using “The Tortoise and the Hare” technique, eh Kent. It is the technique I tell people I am using, when I get way behind in some kind of competition or game. It works for me!!
I am not making a statement about Kent being behind or ahead in this weight loss challenge.
